HELPFUL TIPS FOR ENJOYING GROUSE MOUNTAIN THIS WINTER
- +E-TICKETS
- If you have a Mountain Admission or Lift Ticket with the QR code, you can proceed directly to the lineup for the Skyride. You do not need to visit Guest Services. Passholders can also proceed directly to the lineup for the Skyride.
- +SKYRIDE
- The Skyride is operating at regular capacity. Face masks are required to board and travel on the Skyride. Skyride windows have been removed so fresh air can circulate throughout the cabin. There is no reservation system in place this season.
- +FACE MASKS
- Properly fitted face masks covering the nose and mouth are required to be worn on the Skyride at Grouse Mountain.
- Face masks are optional for indoor spaces such as Peak Chalet and other mountaintop facilities.
- Guests are asked to bring their own face mask to wear.

- Skiing, snowboarding and other activities that take place at ski areas involve the risk of injury.
- We strongly advise guests review our health and safety protocols prior to visiting the Resort.

- +WINTER PASS PICKUP
- If you have not yet picked up your new winter pass, we recommend visiting Guest Services on weekday mornings. Please expect up to a 30-minute wait to speak with a representative.
- If you plan to visit Guest Services during evenings and weekends, please expect up to an hour or more wait to speak with a representative.

- +RENTALS
- It is strongly recommended that all ski and snowboard rentals be booked online in advance. Rentals must be booked online by 5pm 1-day in advance. There is a surcharge for booking rentals on-site.
- Skate rentals do not need to be booked in advance and are available from the Fireside Hut, located directly beside the Skating Pond.
- Snowshoe rentals do not need to be booked in advance and are available from the Fireside Hut, located directly beside the Skating Pond.
- Sled rentals do not need to be booked in advance and are available from the Sliding Zone hut.
- Limited clothing rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, we do not rent items like mitts, gloves or goggles.

- +BAGS & STORAGE
- Please be aware that we are offering bag check on a first come, first served basis at Alpine Guest Services in the Peak Chalet for the 2021/22 winter season.
- We recommend only bringing essential items with you to the Mountain and be prepared to carry them with you while at the Resort.
- We have very limited lockers available and they are only suitable for storing small items. Ski or snowboard bags, boots and other equipment do not fit in lockers. Locker rentals are $2.
- +FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Eating and drinking are not permitted in the Skyride terminals or while on board the Skyride.
- Please keep in mind mealtimes can be busy and consider dining early or later.
