HELPFUL TIPS FOR ENJOYING GROUSE MOUNTAIN THIS WINTER

- +SKYRIDE RESERVATIONS GENERAL

Please be aware that we will be enforcing a policy for guests who misuse this system by repeatedly missing reservations without cancelling in advance.
If repeated misuse is identified, you will lose access to reservations for a period of one week (7 days). Further penalties will be imposed should this policy continue to be misused.
We thank you for your co-operation, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to access the Mountain this season.
- Popular times are booking up fast – make sure you take advantage of advance booking windows to book your visit early.
- Winter passholders (Y2Play, Early Bird, 3-Day Plus, Night Pass) can make a Skyride Reservation 7 days in advance.
- Gold Annual passholders also can make a Skyride reservation 7 days in advance.
- Silver Annual passholders can make a Skyride reservation 1 day in advance.
- The advance booking window begins at midnight. For example, if a Y2Play passholder would like to make a reservation for Saturday, the booking window opens at midnight on the Saturday prior.
- Weekends are our most popular time at the Mountain. Consider visiting during weekdays if you’re looking for times with more availability.
- Consider your visit when reserving your Skyride times and reserve what you believe are the most appropriate times for arrival and departure. How long do you normally ski? Are you planning on having a meal? Keep in mind that you may not be able to change your reservations for that day if Skyride reservations are fully booked.
- If you have already received your Pass/Tickets and boarding time tickets, please proceed directly to the Skyride terminal. There is no need to come into Guest Services.

- +PASSHOLDER RESERVATIONS ONLINE

All winter passholders require a new pass this season. If you have not yet picked up your new pass, you will not be able to make a Skyride reservation online.
- You’ll need your current pass number to reserve your Skyride boarding time online. Your pass number can be found on the back of your pass. The number follows the letter ‘P’.
- You will need to enter your birthday in addition to your pass number.
- Make sure you complete your checkout by clicking ‘Place Order’. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your reservation is not complete.

- +ADMISSION OR LIFT TICKET PURCHASE
- We recommend buying your Mountain Admission or Lift Ticket online before your visit to ensure availability. If you arrive at the Resort and Skyride reservations are fully booked, you will not be able to purchase a ticket.
- As part of your ticket purchase you will be prompted to reserve your Skyride boarding times. If times are unavailable, they will show as sold out online.
- When you complete your transaction, you will receive confirmation that includes your ticket as well as your Skyride boarding time tickets. If you have received your confirmation, you can proceed straight to the Skyride terminal when you arrive.
- We recommend buying your Mountain Admission or Lift Ticket online before your visit to ensure availability. If you arrive at the Resort and Skyride reservations are fully booked, you will not be able to purchase a ticket.
- +CANCELLING OR CHANGING A SKYRIDE RESERVATION
- Online rebooking/cancelling available to passholders up to 2 hours prior to your booked time.
- To rebook or cancel, login to your account. Find your booked "Skyride Reservations" on your profile and follow instructions.
- If you are at the Mountain and within two hours from your booking time and would like to change your reservation, please visit Guest Services at the base or Alpine Guest Services in the Chalet. We will only be able to accommodate a change if there is availability.

- +WINTER PASS PICKUP
- If you have not yet picked up your new winter pass, we recommend visiting Guest Services on weekday mornings. Please expect up to a 30-minute wait to speak with a representative.
- If you plan to visit Guest Services during evenings and weekends, please expect up to an hour or more wait to speak with a representative.

- +BAGS AND STORAGE
- Please be aware that due to our new health and safety protocols we are no longer offering bag check at the Resort.
- We recommend only bringing essential items with you to the Mountain and be prepared to carry them with you while at the Resort.
- We have very limited lockers available and they are only suitable for storing small items. Ski or snowboard bags, boots and other equipment do not fit in lockers. Locker rentals are $2.
- Please be aware that due to our new health and safety protocols we are no longer offering bag check at the Resort.
- +FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- Please be aware that eating and drinking are not permitted in the Skyride terminals and while on board the Skyride. Eating and drinking is only permitted in the Chalet while seated in a designated food and beverage area. Designated areas do not include the main entryway (atrium) of the Chalet.
- Following the recent Public Health Order, our food options are only available for takeout at this time. There are additional tables and available outside in front of the Chalet.
- Keep in mind that mealtimes can be busy. Consider dining early or later.
- With our new online ordering and takeout options, you can order your food in advance for pickup at a time of your choosing.

- All ski and snowboard rentals must be booked in advance online.
- Skate rentals do not need to be booked in advance and are available from Alpine Guest Services located on the main level of the Chalet.
- Snowshoe rentals are available from The Outpost rental building and do not need to be booked in advance.
- Sled rentals are available from the Sliding Zone hut and do not need to be booked in advance.
- Please be aware that due to new health and safety protocols, clothing rentals are not available this season. We also do not rent items like mitts, gloves and goggles.
- All ski and snowboard rentals must be booked in advance online.
- +CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS
- Please keep in mind that we will not be accepting cash payments at the Resort.
- Our online ordering and takeout option for food and beverage outlets offer a contactless method of payment
- We offer the option to load money on your winter or annual pass that can also be used as a contactless method of payment – details can be found here
- You can also purchase a digital gift card that can be used throughout the Resort as another form of contactless payment.
