It’s official – the Grouse Grind will open for the season on Friday, April 18th at 7:00am!
800 metres of elevation, 2,830 steps and 2.5 kilometres await you. Grab your hiking shoes and take on Mother Nature's Stairmaster! This is a challenging trail - be sure to bring lots of water, wear weather-appropriate clothing, and take breaks along the trail as needed.
A 150-metre stretch of the trail has been rebuilt between the half and three-quarter marks to make it safer and more sustainable. Further improvements will be made this fall to the upper portion of the trail.
The Grouse Grind will be open daily from 7:00am - 6:00pm. Before your visit, don't forget to check current conditions and the status of activities on Today on Grouse.
