It's time to kick off another season of Snowshoe Grind Drop-in Nights at Grouse Mountain. The Drop-in Nights are very popular and an amazing opportunity to get out into the fresh mountain air, get a fantastic 1.5 hour workout, and meet like-minded enthusiasts.

The sessions run Monday and Wednesday evenings throughout the winter season and begin promptly at 7:00pm. Meet immediately outside the Alpine Chalet.

Drop ins are complimentary with your Annual Grouse Mountain Membership, Winter Season Pass or Grouse Mountain Admission ticket.

Snowshoeing is the fastest growing winter sport.  It requires little in the way of equipment, and can be as gentle or strenuous as you choose. It is the ultimate cross train, providing an excellent cardiovascular workout.

For the sessions at Grouse Mountain you can either bring your own snowshoes, or rent from us.  Headlamps are required for all participants. Many participants like to wear a hydration pack to help fuel them through their workout.

We look forward to welcoming back old friends and introducing new ones into the snowshoe community.
