summit / women's bike sessions

Thank you for choosing Grouse Mountain for your Summit or Women's Session. Included in this receipt is important information regarding your program. Please take the time to read it carefully.

Meeting Location
Please plan to arrive at the base of the mountain at least 60 minutes before your lesson start time to allow time for parking, check-in, mountain access, and travel to the Bike Park. Check-in at least 15 minutes prior to lesson start time outside the Outpost Rental Shop at the Bike Park entrance. Look for red flags to find your instructor.

Requirements

Riders must be ages 19+ (no exception)
Participants should be confident riding on paved paths and able to use gears/hand brakes
Helmets are required for everyone accessing Grouse Bike Park
All riders must complete a Bike Park waiver before participating
Please ensure your bike is suitable for downhill mountain biking and has both front and rear brakes
Lift tickets and rentals are not included unless selected during purchase. A valid Bike Park lift ticket or pass is required to participate

Rentals

If you need to add a rental package, please contact Guest Services before your visit at guestservices@grousemountain.com or 604.980.9311
If you have purchased a rental package, it will be waiting for you to pick up from the Rentals outpost at the top of the mountain. Please ensure that we have up to date height and weight so that the bike can be set up appropriately.

Day of Lesson

Be sure to check the current mountain weather and activity information on the day of your lesson. You can view this information on our website at Today on Grouse.

Cancellation Policy

Multi-Day Camps and Clinics	2 + Weeks	No penalty	Refund back onto the original payment method less a $50 admin fee for Camps and Clinics, and $25 admin fee for Day + Private lessons OR Credit issued for full value to be used towards like products before the end of the same season.
Multi-Day Camps and Clinics	> 2 weeks - 24 hours	Flat fee of $25 for any reschedules	No refunds. Credit towards make up booking(s) may be available on presentation of a doctor’s note.
Multi-Day Camps and Clinics	> 24 hours	No reschedules	No refunds. Credit towards make up booking(s) may be available on presentation of a doctor’s note.
Single Day Camps and Private Lessons	72 Hours	No penalty	Refund back onto the original payment method less a $50 admin fee for Camps and Clinics, and $25 admin fee for Day + Private lessons OR Credit issued for full value to be used towards like products before end of the same season.
Single Day Camps and Private Lessons	> 72 hours - 24 hours	Flat fee of $25 for any reschedules	No refunds. Credit towards make up booking(s) may be available on presentation of a doctor’s note.
