Thank you for purchasing a Fiver Download Pass for Grouse Mountain. Your Fiver Download Pass is available for use a total of five downloads on the Red Skyride or Blue Grouse Gondola within one year from your date of purchase.
Digital Pass
Passholders can use their Apple/Android device as their Fiver Download Pass. There is no need to come to the mountain to pick up your pass! 24 hours after your purchase, you will receive an email that contains a download link to install the pass on your phone. Each pass will receive a unique email with a unique download link.
Physical Pass Pick-up
With the introduction of our digital passes, there is no longer a need to pick-up a physical pass. If you would still like a physical pass, please pick-up from Guest Services.
Operational Status
Due to the unpredictability of mountain weather, please always check Today on Grouse on our website for current conditions and operational status prior to your visit.
To Note
• The passholder agrees to obey all warning notices on Grouse Mountain property. Passes will be subject to suspension or cancellation and can be revoked in the event of misconduct or non-observance of the Alpine Responsibility Code, or if any person is found using a pass that is not the Passholder.
• In case of loss, the Passholder must immediately notify Guest Services. A $10.00 (+ GST) administration fee will be applied to replace all lost or stolen passes. Grouse Mountain is not responsible for the outstanding balances charged to lost or stolen passes.
• Use of your Fiver Download Pass by anyone other than the registered passholders, or altercations to the season pass, will receive immediate suspension of 30 days, and may result in cancellation of the pass.
• Grouse Mountain reserves the right to change operating hours without notice. Blackout dates may apply.
• Grouse Mountain is not responsible for inclement weather conditions.
