Join us for a high energy Wake n' Shake yoga class overlooking the mountains and city led by Jessie from The Sweat Lab.

Expect a fun and energetic flow class suitable for all levels! Whether you're a first timer or experienced downward dog-er it's the perfect way to start your Sunday. 

While the class is complimentary with pre-registration, the cost of your admission is not included - lift tickets and passes are available for purchase at Guest Services at the base of Grouse Mountain.

The Sweat Lab is a multi-use studio that trains in modalities that have proven to be successful in building a strong and healthy body and mind. For over 5 years, they have sweat through the combinations of Spin, Barre, Circuit, Yoga, and Hybrids Classes. At TSL they believe that it’s not just about looking great, it’s about feeling your best - no matter who you are.


It’s our last weekend of the winter season. We are open for skiing and riding from 9am to 10pm until April 22nd with discounted lift ticket pricing.
