Grouse Mountain's Beginner Snowshoe Clinics will teach you all about the fastest-growing winter activity, plus introduce you to a variety of health and fitness-related topics that will help you realize your individual goals. 

Ladies, gather your girlfriends for our weekly Ladies Snowshoe Clinics, which run on Saturday mornings from January through March. In addition to fun and challenging workouts, you’ll cover a variety of educational topics to help realize your individual goals including proper stretching techniques, sport nutrition, the benefits of cross-training and building a training program that works for you.
