For the first time, Grouse Mountain is teaming up with Artists for Conservation to bring some of the world's best nature and wildlife art to the Peak of Vancouver.
From November 5 to 13, nature and wildlife artists, including world renowned Robert Bateman, will display their exclusively produced artwork throughout the Grouse Mountain Chalet.
Artists for Conservation (AFC), is the world's leading group of artists supporting the environment and Grouse Mountain is pleased to host of its first ever annual Artists For Conservation Festival. This 10 day event will bring out exceptional nature and wildlife artists from around the globe, immersing visitors, school children and teachers in art and nature through workshops, film, and a world class art show.
Entrance to the Festival is complimentary with your Skyride Admission and all the artwork on display can be purchased with proceeds going directly to support valuable conservation work.
So mark the dates in your calendar, jump aboard the Skyride and let some fabulous art brighten up those rainy November days.
