Yoga at the Peak of Vancouver
upper body. If you do the Grind regularly it is a good idea to keep the upper body flexible and strong. We were encouraged to give our neighbors on the mats next to us a high five. It was wonderful to make such a nice connection with others practicing yoga in nature. Happy New Years from the Wildlife Refuge
had a banner year for Anna's Hummingbirds with more coming up to the top of the mountain than we've ever seen before. I'm quite excited to see how many return next season.Finally, we ended off our year with our Peak of Christmas festivities and it was a season to focus on our two Reindeer, Dancer and Vixen. Our Holly the Jolly Reindeer Skits were very popular and a very fun way to educate people
