Residents of the Lower Mainland can get complimentary Mountain Admission access on August 6th
Thank you for your interest in our Free Mountain Admission Day for Locals. Due to overwhelming demand, tickets are now sold out.
If you have already booked a free ticket online, you must pick it up in person at the Grouse Mountain tent on the Blue Grouse Gondola Plaza.
Guests living in the Lower Mainland (with valid ID) will enjoy free access to:
• The new Blue Grouse Gondola & Red Skyride for mountain upload/download
• Peak Chairlift and Peak Lookout Deck
• Hiking Trails, including the new Peak Trail
• Kids Tree Canopy Adventure
• Mingler Wednesday on Altitudes Patio (from 6pm) featuring live DJ
• Signature mountain programming, including:
- Lumberjack Show: 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 6pm
- Birds in Motion Demonstration: 12pm, 2pm, 5pm, 7pm
- Ranger Talks: 10am, 1:45pm, 3:30pm, 5:30pm
- Owl Talks: 10:45am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm, 6:00pm
There will also be a BBQ menu available on the Mountaintop Plaza from 11am-7pm!
Add-Ons
• Guests can elevate their day with a five-line Mountain Zipline Tour or Mountain Ropes Adventure, both with expanded availability throughout the day.
Not Included
Grouse Bike Park access, food and beverage, parking, and retail purchases are not included in the free Mountain Admission. Parking is limited. Guests are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the free shuttle service departing from Canada Place, public transit, or carpooling to make the most of the day.
Please Note: You must bring your digital ticket to the Grouse Mountain tent on the Blue Grouse Gondola Base Plaza to redeem it for a physical Mountain Admission ticket.
*Valid government-issued photo ID with proof of address will need to be presented on arrival.
