I come up to the top of Grouse often throughout the spring and summer. Sometimes I do the Grouse Grind and just go and sneak a peek of Coola and Grinder, but sometimes I lug all my camera gear up on the Skyride

I am so glad I did the Grouse Grind. Every day, I now look up at Grouse Mountain in a different way and cannot believe that I climbed to the top. And yes, no matter how much I didn’t want to be doing it when

Bears Waking Up
first little while will be nothing more than romaine lettuce - and crews are working on constructing the outdoor hibernation habitat. It should soon be ready and Grinder and Coola will be eager to romp and play outdoors for the first time in 2013.We have to feed the bears a small amount to begin with to 'jump start' their digestive and metabolic systems. Then we can gradually increase their food
